• Your prescription for reading vs. computer vs. distance

• Your prescription for nighttime vs. daytime

• The health of your tears and oil glands using LipiScan

• Any underlying conditions that can show up in your eyes, such as diabetes and cancer, using Optos Retinal Imaging

Contact Lens Evaluation.

Maybe you are a tried-and-true die-hard contact lens wearer. Maybe you tried contact lenses in the past but they didn’t work for you. Maybe you or your child want to try them for the first time! Contact lens technology has progressed by leaps and bounds over the years, and we are confident there is a lens you will love!

A Contact Lens Evaluation appointment can be done on the same day as your Annual Comprehensive Exam or can be done at a separate appointment.

Dry Eye Treatment.

We live in Colorado - did you realize it’s dry here?! The majority of people living in Colorado experience some form of dry eye, whether it’s the obvious red, scratchy, irritated, eyes or the “I didn’t realize I have dry eye because my eyes are so dry they are constantly watering” kind!

The health and structure of the glands which produce oil and tears for our eyes is what determines if we have dry eye. The bad news is, many people’s glands are not functioning properly. If left untreated, this can become permanent. The good news is, it can also be treated!

We use the LipiScan to determine how healthy your glands are. We can then treat your particular dry eye situation with any combination of technologt in our Dry Eye Arsenal, including LipiFlow Treatments, IPL Treatments, Red Wave Mask Treatments, moisture drops, and vitamins.
